Introduction

This page tells you information about Senses of Asia Wellness & Beauty Terms and Conditions on which we book and sell our different treatments to you. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. 

Spa Terms

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment. As a courtesy to all our guests, a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to. Treatments that begin late will finish at the appointed time, so as not to inconvenience other guests.

Reservations and Cancellations

Cancellation or change to another day has to be reached us with not less than 6 hours notice prior to your appointment. We reserve the right to charge 50% of the treatment costs as cancellation fee.

Treatments

All treatments are carried out in the chronological and physical sequence as described on our webpage, brochures or promotion flyers. Please talk to our staff at the time of your booking, if you need to adjust or change your treatment.

Pricing Policy

We take great care to ensure that prices are accurate, although all prices are subject to change prior to the agreement between us is formed.

Accuracy of Information

We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products and services on the Site, however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the service descriptions, colours, information or other content available on the Site are totally accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.
